The BBCIF East Africa Delegation is a strategic international mission organized by the Bridge Chambers of Commerce International Federation (BBCIF), bringing together Indian business leaders, investors, and policymakers to engage with counterparts in Kenya and Tanzania.
Scheduled from July 30 to August 8, 2025, the event is designed to foster bilateral trade, enable sector-specific collaborations, and encourage cultural exchange across emerging areas such as trade, education, healthcare, ICT, smart cities, renewable energy, and tourism.
The delegation offers a powerful platform for B2B & B2G meetings, investment dialogues, policy-level discussions, and immersive cultural experiences, aiming to unlock new opportunities for partnership and growth between India and East Africa.

This high-level delegation event is designed to strengthen bilateral ties between India and East African nations through focused dialogues, sectoral partnerships, and cultural immersion. The 8-day program spans across Kenya and Tanzania, providing delegates with strategic platforms for engagement in trade, education, healthcare, ICT, smart cities, renewable energy, and culture.

August 1 – Konza Technopolis & Nairobi
Smart City panel discussions, ICT and light industry
August 2 – Nairobi (Business Conference)
Hosted B2B and B2G meetings; stakeholder engagement
August 3 – Dar es Salaam Arrival & Orientation
Arrival, briefing, and networking with Tanzanian stakeholders
August 4 – Official Government Engagements (Tanzania):
Conferences with ministries and sector boards; presentations on agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing, and tourism.
August 5 – Business Conference & High Tea (Dar es Salaam):
Strategic sessions on project financing, investment frameworks, and bilateral opportunities. Evening business dinner and artisan market visit.
August 6 – Zanzibar Engagements:
Meetings with ZIPA and local ministries; cultural show and traditional dinner.
August 7 – Cultural Tour & Departure:
Exploration of Stone Town and local markets; return ferry to Dar es Salaam for departure.
