Important Travel & Visa Guidelines

To ensure that we serve you effectively, advance intimation is mandatory. Please notify our administration team well ahead of your travel plans. This allows sufficient time for coordination and execution of required arrangements.

Important Notes:
  1. Late Intimations Cannot Be Entertained
We have frequently encountered situations where delegates inform us only upon reaching the destination airport. Please note that last-minute requests may not be accommodated due to logistical limitations and local movement protocols.
  2. Visa-On-Arrival is Not Valid for Business Purposes
Travelers are strictly advised not to rely on Visa-on-Arrival facilities when traveling for business purposes. Most African countries prohibit business activities under tourist visas or visa-on-arrival. Engaging in business meetings or transactions under such visas may be considered a legal offense.
  3. Ensure You Obtain the Correct Business Visa
It is the responsibility of the traveler and their sponsoring organization to ensure that a valid business visa is procured from the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the country being visited. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or penalties by immigration authorities.
  4. Exceptions for Medical Emergencies Only
In rare and verifiable cases involving medical emergencies, certain exceptions to standard procedures may be granted. However, prior communication is still advised wherever possible.

Our Purpose

Our goal is to enhance the ease of doing business between Africa and India, and to ensure our delegates are received with dignity, security, and informed assistance. Through these efforts, Bridge Business Chambers Industry Federation continues to bridge borders with business and trust.

We look forward to assisting your journey and facilitating your successful engagements across continents.
